This is definitely going to influence my programming decisions going forward - I got some good gains from TM when I started, but I'm absolutely past the point of weekly PR's now. My previous maxes were squat back in January '15 when I was hugely peaked after running Smolov Jr over winter break for shits and giggles - I nailed 3x during my peaking so I knew I should be able to beat this , 2x bench 3x touch and go - I only started seriously training paused a few weeks out, which was probably a mistake , and deadlift but I hit an easy doing openers, so I knew I was going to be in good shape.
